You must be a US citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident or authorized to work lawfully in the US.
Important: You will need to upload evidence in the applicant portal that you have been given permanent alien status or that you are an alien otherwise authorized to work lawfully in the United States by the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
Important: An attorney admitted in other jurisdictions requires confirmation of good standing from those jurisdictions. Make sure to follow all subsequent instructions in the applicant portal.
